PEOPLE from Bradford have been urged to follow in the footsteps of a candidate from the city and apply for the next series of a popular TV show.
The Apprentice is looking for new participants for the next series of the BBC One show, fronted by Lord Sugar.
The current series started last week, with Bradford businesswoman Shama Amin impressing in the winning women's team in the opening task.
Shama is the owner of a children's day nursery in Bradford and moved to the area almost 20 years ago.

The winning candidate will receive an investment of up to £250,000 and will go into a joint business partnership with Lord Sugar.
The deadline for applicants, who should be aged 18 or over, is February 4, 2022.
