A MISSING 12-year-old has been found "safe and well".
West Yorkshire Police issued an appeal this morning to find Francis Gavan, from Calderdale.
He was reported missing at 3pm yesterday and was last seen at Dewsbury Bus Station at about 6pm on that same evening.
Police were "concerned for his welfare", but announced in the late afternoon today that Francis had been found "safe and well".
A spokesperson for the force said just after 5pm: "Francis Gavan, who was subject of a missing person's appeal, has been located safe and well.
"Thank you to all who shared the appeal."
