A RUNNING group brought joy to Birkenshaw, Cleckheaton and Wyke with a 12k festive run.
Chris Birkenshaw, a spokesman for Go Be Runners, said: "Last night the we did a 12k festive run starting in Birkenshaw village, proceeded through Cleckheaton and all the way to Silver Birch Avenue in Wyke.
"We spread a lot of joy to both motorists and residents before returning to support our local village pub for a well-earned drink.
"We will return in the new year with our run nights being Monday 6pm and Wednesday 6:30pm. These will be detailed on our Facebook page.
Established in 2018, Go Be Runners was set up to support the local community get more active.
Predominantly running based, the club also has a weekly walking group.
