Try career politician. Like so many politicians in recent times, he doesn't actually believe in anything. And his latest ridiculous decision to impose Plan B in response to the new Covid-19 scariant means that we are now consigned to an eternity of restrictions and threats of restrictions, until everyone in the world stops getting a sniffle.
