Bradford set for day of heavy rain and drier spells today, according to the Met Office
BRADFORD can expect a day of heavy rain with brief spells of sunshine today, after Storm Barra has battered much of the UK this week.
The Met Office forecasts heavy rain for Bradford up until 10am. This will be followed by a spell of heavy showers and sunshine from 10am to 2pm.
It will mainly be an afternoon of dry, cloudy conditions but with a further heavy rain spell between 5pm and 6pm.
Temperatures are expected to reach a high of 6C today and no weather warnings are in place for Bradford today.
Tonight will be dry and cloudy with temperatures only falling to 5C.
