A BRADFORD woman has appeared in court charged with obstructing a police officer in the execution of their duty and shop thefts.
Nikola Balazova, 30, of Smith Avenue, was handed a three-year conditional discharge for obstruct/resist a constable in the execution of their duty on September 16, 2019.
She was given a three-year conditional discharge, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £21 victim surcharge for stealing clothing, worth £117.96, from New Look, Eastbrook Mall, Bradford, on September 16, 2019.
Balazova was handed a three-year conditional discharge and ordered to pay £175 compensation for stealing clothing, worth a total of £175, from New Look on August 1, 2019.
She was given a three-year conditional discharge and ordered to pay £44 compensation for stealing clothing, worth a total of £44, from New Look on September 11, 2019.
Balazova pleaded guilty to all four charges when she appeared at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on November 15, 2021.
