A WOMAN has appeared in court charged with stealing items from a Bradford shop.

Juliana Rafaelova, 26, of Hick Street, Bradford, was given a community order for stealing electrical items, worth a total of £417.50, from Primark, Darley Street, Bradford, on August 5, 2021.

Under her community order, Rafaelova must comply with requirements including being placed in an electronic monitoring curfew requirement for 12 weeks, which started on November 23, 2021 and will run until February 15, 2022, between 7pm and 7am each day.

No order for costs was made and the amount due on surcharge was reduced because the defendant has no income.

Rafaelova pleaded guilty to the thefts from a shop charge when she appeared at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on November 23, 2021.
