A POLICE sergeant has hit out after an elderly woman in Bradford was allegedly scammed by two men posing as police officers.
Sergeant Terri Green, of the Shipley Neighbourhood Policing Team, tweeted: "An 82-year-old lady in Baildon was scammed by two men pretending to be police.
"They tricked her into sending £10,000 to them.
"Luckily the bank blocked it.
"My fraud officer will be attending to reassure and safeguard her.
"They have no shame."
