A SCHOOL has had to partially close today.
Years 8 and 9 at University Academy Keighley will be learning remotely on Wednesday due to "significant staff absence".
The lack of staff is down to both Covid and non-Covid related reasons.
The school also say there is a lack of available supply or cover provision.
Years 7, 10, and 11 are still in at the school today.
At 9.08am, the Bradford Council's website said: "Partial closure at Carlton Keighley.
"Significant staff absence due to both Covid and non-Covid related reasons, and lack of available supply or cover provision
"Year 8 and Year 9 undertaking remote learning for one day to ensure standards in school.
"Year 7, Year 10 & Year 11 are still in."
