A MAN has been fined for driving his car with a cracked windscreen.
Christopher Dale Green, 27 of Stonegate Road, Bradford, was found to be driving a motor vehicle 'in a condition likely to cause danger of injury.'
On June 17, 2021 Green was found driving on Bradford Road, Bradford with a crack across his windscreen.
Contrary to section 40A(a) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 and Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988, Green was fined £440.
He must also pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £44 and court costs of £90. In addition, his driving license was endorsed with three points.
The verdict was proved by single justice procedure at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates Court on November 18, 2021.
The costs must be paid by December 9, 2021.
