A DRIVER was reported after police spotted they were driving a foreign registered car in Bradford.
Following a patrol in Heaton, the Steerside Enforcement Team saw the grey Skoda.
Once the vehicle was pulled over, police spoke to the driver who was a permanent UK resident.
They had borrowed the car from a friend.
It was seized and the driver was reported.
Police were keen to highlight how UK residents must be UK registered, insured and taxed.
Steerside tweeted: "On patrol in Heaton @WYP_BradfordW we spot this foreign registered car.
"Spoke with the driver who is a permanent UK resident who had borrowed a friend's car.
"If driven by a UK resident it must be UK registered, insured and taxed.
