A CHRISTMAS fundraising event for a local school and a national charity is being held this weekend.
The Elf Day is being held at the Queens Head pub (Raggalds), Brighouse and Denholme Rd,
Queensbury, on Sunday November 28.
It is being held to raise funds for local school Foxhill Primary and the national charity the Alzheimer’s Society.
The festive fun will include a Christmasy photoshoot, a tombola, a cake stall and gift stall with ideas for presents.
Games will include pin the carrot on the snowman and guess the Elf s name.
Young children can enjoy a Santa meet and greet and have their faces painted.
The event takes place from 11am to 4pm.
