A NUMBER of people have been hit with fines at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court for breaching Covid-19 rules.
The cases have only came to court in the last six weeks, but date back to March this year.
- Milada Tokarova, 51, of Hollings Road, Bradford, was fined £1,100, ordered to pay a £110 victim surcharge and £85 costs for participating in indoor gathering of two or more persons in the step 1 area, on April 4, 2021.
- Timea Bodorova, 31, of Portsmouth Avenue, Bradford, was fined £660, ordered to pay £110 costs and a £66 victim surcharge for participating in a gathering of two or more people in private dwelling / indoors in tier 4 area, on March 22, 2021.
- Donna Reid, 39, of Clover Street, Bradford, was fined £220, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £34 victim surcharge for participating in a gathering of two or more people in private dwelling/indoors in tier 4 area, on March 13, 2021.
- Olivia Reid, 20, of Hendford Drive, Bradford, was fined £220, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £34 victim surcharge for participating in a gathering of two or more people in private dwelling / indoors in tier 4 area, on March 13, 2021.
- Abdul Mohammaed Ibraheem Adam, 21, of Easby Road, Bradford, was fined £1,760, ordered to pay £176 and £85 costs for participating in a gathering of more than two people in public outdoor place in tier 4 area, on March 28, 2021.
- Emil Slivka, 42, of Back Blythe Avenue, Bradford, was fined £1,100, ordered to pay a £110 victim surcharge and £85 costs for participating in an indoor gathering of two or more persons in the step 1 area, on April 4, 2021.
- Patrik Bendik, 25, of Boyd Avenue, Bradford, was fined £200, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £34 victim surcharge for participating in an indoor gathering of two or more persons in the step 1 area, on April 6, 2021.
- Jason Barraclough, 38, The Acre Bradford, Bradford, was fined £660, ordered to pay £110 costs and £66 victim surcharge for being a person living in tier 4 area, leave/were outside of place where living, without reasonable excuse, on March 25, 2021.
- Richard Brear, 62, of Brentwood Gardens, Bradford, was fined £1,760, ordered to pay a £176 victim surcharge and £85 costs for participating in indoor gathering of two or more persons in the step 2 area, on May 6, 2021.
- Zuzana Dadurova, 33, of Cragg Terrace, Bradford, was fined £1,760, ordered to pay a £176 victim surcharge and £85 costs for participating in indoor gathering of two or more persons in the step 1 area, on April 4, 2021.
- Jan Dido, 23, of Hartington Terrace, Bradford, was fined £1,760, ordered to pay a £176 victim surcharge and £85 costs, for participating in indoor gathering of two or more persons in the step 2 area, on May 2, 2021.
- David Makula, 35, of Woodhall Road, Bradford, was fined £1,100, ordered to pay £110 victim surcharge and £85 costs for participating in indoor gathering of two or more persons in the step 1 area, on April 6, 2021.
- Zlatica Kimova, 33, of Legrams Lane, Bradford, was fined £1,100, ordered to pay a £110 victim surcharge and £85 costs for participating in indoor gathering of two or more persons in the step 1 area, on April 4, 2021.
- Domonik Badzo, 19, of Haycliffe Road, Bradford, was fined £1,100, ordered to pay a £110 victim surcharge and £85 costs for participating in indoor gathering of two or more persons in the step 1 area, on April 4, 2021.
