A DRIVER who has only held his licence for a month was reported for driving dangerously.
West Yorkshire Police's Steerside Enforcement Team spotted the vehicle being driven carelessly at excess speed in the Cullingworth area on Saturday night.
The driver was reported and issued an Section 59 warning.
This means if the driver is spotted driving in this manner again, or driving in any way that is deemed to be anti-social or dangerous, within a year of the warning, police can seize their vehicle.
