TWO men caught working at a cannabis farm in Buttershaw have had their sentences adjourned because of missing reports.
Arsen Murati and Alken Celaj yesterday appeared before Bradford Crown Court on a video link to Leeds Prison after pleading guilty in August to production of the drug at a house in Boltby Lane, off Reevy Road West, on July 20.
But the court was told that there was no statement yet about the yield and value of the crop seized by the police and no probation report for Celaj.
Judge Neil Davey QC adjourned the case until November 23 for the reports to be prepared.
Murati, 26, of Regents Court, Kingston upon Thames, Greater London, was assisted by a Greek interpreter and Celaj, 33, who was living at the cannabis farm, was assisted by an Albanian inter-preter.
