POLICE have raised concerns after a car stopped on the M62 was carrying two young children who were travelling on the motorway without seat belts.
West Yorkshire Police's Roads Policing Unit tweeted: "This car was stopped on the M62 as the vehicle didn't have a registered keeper.
"Rather worryingly two young children (four and three years) were found sat on the rear seats without child seats or seat belts.
"One child seat was found in the boot!"
