A BAILDON woman has appeared in court charged with being in charge of dog dangerously out of control, causing injury.
Paulina Bogusz, 31, of Southlands, was ordered to pay £250 compensation, fined £150 and ordered to pay a £32 victim surcharge for one count of being the owner/person in charge of dog, a Akita/Rotweiler cross, dangerously out of control causing injury to a person, on August 26, 2019.
Bogusz pleaded guilty to the charge when she appeared at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on October 7, 2021.
