A BRADFORD man was sent to jail after he was found with a large hunting knife.
John Sinden, 25, of Thornton Court, was in the possession of the knife, without good reason or lawful authority, on May 26, 2021.
Sinden, who pled guilty, was committed to prison for six months.
The offence was aggravated by the defendant's record of previous offending.
He also had to pay a victim surcharge of £128 - which has to be paid by January 27, 2022.
The knife was forfeited under the Prevention of Crime Act 1953 and destroyed.
The case was heard at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court on Monday, September 27 of this year.
