A man aged 51 is to stand trial at Bradford Crown Court accused of manslaughter.
Mir Nawaz Khan, of Rock Terrace, Manningham, Bradford, today pleaded not guilty to unlawfully killing John Keane in the city on June 8, 2019.
Mr Keane collapsed and died after an alleged assault.
Khan’s seven-day trial is set to begin on September 19 next year.
The Recorder of Bradford, Judge Richard Mansell QC, fixed a further case management hearing for July 15.
He enlarged Khan’s bail until the trial date, saying he did not need to attend the hearing in July.
