A SHIPLEY man has appeared in court charged with stealing hair products from a Bradford city centre store.
Alpha Barry, 29, of Stead Street, stole hair products, worth a total of £28.97, from Superdrug, The Broadway, Bradford, on August 21, 2021.
He was given a community order, which included carrying out 50 hours unpaid work in the community over the next 12 months.
Barry pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing, but was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on October 11, 2021.
At the same sentenced hearing, he was also re-sentenced for a number of theft offences under the community order.
