A DRIVER with a young child in their car who was not wearing a seatbelt or in car seat has been reported by police.
A silver Rover car was stopped by officers in Bradford for a routine check in Bradford overnight.
Officers discovered the unsecured child in the back. The driver was also found to have no MOT or tax for the vehicle.
PC Claire Gray, a West Yorkshire Police Roads Policing Officer, tweeted about the incident:
