A DRIVER who was going the wrong way on a one-way street in Bradford received a rude awakening when he saw police parked up at the bottom.
The vehicle was stopped by Steerside officers in Saltaire after the driver tried the illegal move in an attempt to beat the queueing traffic.
He was reported and will gain a fine and points on his licence.
West Yorkshire Police's Steerside Enforcement Team tweeted: "Vehicle stopped in Saltaire.
