A MAN was taken to hospital this afternoon after a crash on a busy Bradford route.
Firefighters were called to the scene, at the junction of Thornton Road and Brighouse and Denholme Road, at around 12.40pm.
The Vauxhall car had collided with a skip and firefighters had to remove the side of the vehicle to free the 62-year-old man who was then taken to hospital.
They were at the scene for around an hour.
