A NUMBER of people have been hit with fines at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court for breaching Covid-19 rules.
The cases have only came to court this month, but date back to February this year.
- Jordan Price, 22, of Harrogate Road, Bradford, was fined £660, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £66 victim surcharge for participating in gathering of two or more people in private dwelling/indoors in tier 4 area on February 19, 2021.
- Katie Boyle, 32, of Bracken Edge, Bradford, was fined £770, ordered to pay a £77 victim surcharge and £85 costs for participating in a gathering of more than two people in public outdoor place in tier 4 area on March 24, 2021.
- Simon Hughes, 38, of Milner Ing, Bradford, was fined £660, ordered to pay £110 costs and a £66 victim surcharge for participating in a gathering of two or more people in private dwelling/indoors in tier 4 area on February 27, 2021.
- Alisha Webster, 18, of Shetcliffe Lane, Bradford, was fined £660, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £66 victim surcharge for participating in a gathering of two or more people in private dwelling/indoors in tier 4 area, on February 19, 2021.
- Olivia Reid, 20, of Hendford Drive, Bradford, was fined £660, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £66 victim surcharge for participating in a gathering of two or more people in private dwelling/indoors in tier 4 area, on February 19, 2021.
- Nicola Bond, 41, of Stone Street, Bradford, was fined £660, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £66 victim surcharge for participating in a gathering of two or more people in private dwelling/indoors in tier 4 area, on February 20, 2021.
- Ryan Butler, 22, of Collbrook Avenue, Bradford, was fined £660, ordered to pay £110 costs and a £66 victim surcharge for participating in a gathering of two or more people in private dwelling/indoors in tier 4 area, on February 27, 2021.
- Kadejah Cawley, 20, of St Hildas Terrace, Bradford, was fined £660, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £66 victim surcharge for participating in a gathering of two or more people in private dwelling/indoors in tier 4 area, on February 19, 2021.
- Chloe Smith, 21, of North Wing, Bradford, was fined £660, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £66 victim surcharge for participating in a gathering of two or more people in private dwelling/indoors in tier 4 area, on February 20, 2021.
- Samuel Cissa, 22, of Leaventhorpe Way, Bradford, was fined £770, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £77 victim surcharge for participating in a gathering of two or more people in private dwelling/indoors in tier 4 area, on February 18, 2021.
- Alexander Balas, 45, of Oak Lane, Bradford, was fined £660, ordered to pay £110 costs and a £66 victim surcharge for participating in a gathering of two or more people in private dwelling/indoors in tier 4 area, on February 28, 2021.
- Thomas Redshaw, 26, of Scholemoor Avenue, Bradford, was fined £660, ordered to pay £110 costs and a £66 victim surcharge for participating in a gathering of two or more people in private dwelling/indoors in tier 4 area, on February 27, 2021.
- Alex-Anne Towler, 21, of Parrott Street, Bradford, was fined £660, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £66 victim surcharge for participating in a gathering of two or more people in private dwelling/indoors in tier 4 area, on February 19, 2021.
