BRADFORD (Park Avenue)'s abandoned match at Chorley has been re-arranged for this Saturday (October 2). Kick-off will be at 3pm.
The match will be free entry, but there will be a fundraiser on the day, with all money raised going directly to Jake Hibbs and his family.
The initial National League North game was played last month, but was abandoned after only 15 minutes after Hibbs had his leg broken in a tackle.
The midfielder will almost certainly miss the rest of the season through injury, but he has also had to take time off work, not ideal given he and his partner have a baby on the way.
There is already a GoFundMe page that has been set up for Hibbs, with over £5,000 raised so far.
But Chorley have stepped up now too, with everyone at Avenue expressing their gratitude to Saturday's hosts for their incredible gesture.
Chorley play home games at Victory Park, Duke Street, Chorley, PR7 3DU.
