A "Women Leading The Way" talk is coming to Valley Parade later this week.
Race Equality Network (REN), an umbrella group which brings together BAME communities across Bradford, are hosting the event with 13 guest speakers.
Professor Udy Archibong (Uni of Bradford), Fatima Khan Shah (West Yorkshire and Harrogate Health and Care Partnership), Dr Halima Begum (The Runnymede Trust), Khalida Ashrafi (Office of the Chief Executive), Shamim Akhtar (Roshni Ghar), Dr Tiffany Holloman (Leeds Beckett Uni), Kaneez Khan (Near Neighbours), Yasmim Khan ( Staying Put UK), Zahra Niazi (Bradford for Everyone), Sasha Bhat (Bradford Council & NHS), Manjit Kaur (Gurdwara Singh Sabha), Sofia Mahmood (Empowering Minds) and Fiz Ahmed (West Yorkshire Police) will all be speaking.
The talk - which is part of Inclusion Week 2021 - will be at Bradford City's Banqueting Suite (10am-1pm) on Thursday.
