SIR- I'm beginning to agree with the transgender lobby in its attempt to abolish gender pronouns. Violence against women should now become violence against people.
Domestic violence against women should simply be domestic violence. It should ALL be forbidden. And one solution would be to have police back on the streets.
Just because one gender is more often the victim, it doesn't mean we should ignore the thousands of other cases, which is exactly what's happening in the media.
In a discussion about violence against women on SKY recently, I even heard a conservative commentator using the line- "Men need to think about how they treat women". This is a line I've heard many times. I don't need Tim Montgomery or anyone else giving me lectures on how to behave because I haven't done anything wrong. Judging me by what some other idiotic men do is exactly what sexism is.
