Six people who were arrested under suspicion of making or possessing explosives have been released from custody without charges.
At 10pm on Wednesday September 22, five men and one woman were detained on business premises on Huddersfield Road, Ravensthorpe.
Police said the property was searched as part of the operation.
Counter Terrorism Policing North East said the five men, aged 18, 37, 49, 53 and 56, and a 47-year-old woman were arrested under section four of the Explosive Substances Act 1883.
Kirklees District Supt Steve Dodds said: "I understand our local communities have concerns about this police activity but I want to offer my reassurance that this operation has been conducted to assist in protecting the public of West Yorkshire."
A statement from West Yorkshire police on Friday September 24 said: “The search has now concluded, and no threat has been identified because of the police activity last night or ongoing enquiries today.
“All six have been released from custody without charge on Thursday evening.
"We are committed to ensuring the safety of those in West Yorkshire and would like to thank the public for their support and patience during the activity”.
