POLICE have issued an image of a person they would like to identify.
It is in relation to an interference with motor vehicle offence - a person who has the intention to steal the vehicle or any of its contents or take the vehicle without the owner's consent - which happened earlier this month.
It occurred in Leeds on Monday, September 6.
At the time of writing, this case was still under investigation by West Yorkshire Police.
