A BRADFORD man appeared in court following an assault and theft which happened on a city centre street.
Glen Joseph Johnson, 50, of Dalcross Grove, BD5, committed both offences at Rawson Square, John Street on August 25, last year.
Johnson assaulted another man and stole food items, to the value of £41.57, from the square's B&M on the same day.
A community order was made against him, and he must pay £100 compensation, a £95 victim surcharge and £85 in court costs.
Johnson pled guilty to both charges when he appeared at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on June 7, 2021.
