AN 11-year-old boy was taken to hospital last night after falling from a tree.
The youngster was playing with friends in a wooded area next to the skatepark at Ingrow Lane, Keighley, when he fell about three metres.
Yorkshire Ambulance Service attended and a crew from Keighley fire station was called out to assist.
The incident happened at about 8pm.
"The boy was in considerable pain," said a fire service spokesman.
"It was quite a difficult area access-wise, so we helped with the casualty and carried him to the ambulance."
The boy was taken to Airedale Hospital with a suspected dislocated shoulder.
