A BRADFORD man has been jailed for a host of theft offences including stealing beard trimmers and football counter games from district shops.

Amraiz Ali, 27, of Mannville Terrace, has been jailed for a total of 32 weeks for theft offences.

He was jailed for 12 weeks, to run concurrently, for stealing three football counter games, worth £59.97, from B&M, Victoria Shopping Centre, Thornton Road, Bradford, on June 21, 2021.

Ali was jailed for four weeks, to run concurrently, for failing to surrender to police/court bail at the appointed time on August 25, 2021.

He was sentenced to 12 weeks, to run concurrently, for stealing two beard trimmers, worth £19.98, from B&M, Victoria Shopping Centre, Thornton Road, Bradford, on July 19, 2021.

Ali was jailed for 12 weeks, consecutive to another of the listed offences, and ordered to pay a £156 victim surcharge, for stealing two Remmington beard trimmers, worth £49.98, on June 23, 2021.

He was jailed for 12 weeks, to run concurrently, for stealing two beard trimmers, worth £55.96, from B&M, Victoria Shopping Centre, Thornton Road, Bradford, on June 27, 2021.

Ali was sentenced to 12 weeks in prison, to run concurrently, for stealing two beard trimmers, worth £55.96, from B&M, Victoria Shopping Centre, Thornton Road, Bradford, on June 30, 2021.

He was jailed for 12 weeks, to run concurrently, for stealing two beard trimmers, worth £55.96, from B&M, Victoria Shopping Centre, on July 9, 2021.

Ali was jailed for 12 weeks, to run concurrently, for stealing one beard trimmer, worth £19.98, from B&M, Victoria Shopping Centre, Thornton Road, on July 15, 2021.

He was sentenced to 12 weeks in prison, to run concurrently, for stealing one football counter game, worth £19.99, from B&M, Victoria Shopping Centre, Thornton Road, Bradford, on July 14, 2021.

Ali pleaded guilty to each of the above offences when he appeared at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on September 9, 2021.

He also had five further original offence suspended sentences activated, this was for drive a motor vehicle while disqualified from driving on January 15, 2020. For each offence, Ali was jailed for four weeks, suspended for 24 months.
