A POPULAR Leeds City Centre clothes shop was the target of an armed robbery this morning.
A number of masked males armed with knives entered Flannels, in Vicar Lane, and threatened staff.
They stole a quantity of stock from the displays and drove off.
Police received reports of the armed robbery at 10.26am.
Armed officers were deployed to secure the scene and support the search for the suspects.
Nobody was injured during the incident and enquiries are ongoing.
