Police hunting man with Bradford links described as a 'danger to women'
POLICE are hunting a man with links to Bradford who has failed to comply with his sex offenders' registration and is described as a "danger to women".
Officers have an issued an appeal to find Stephen Thrower.

A spokesperson said: "He has links to Harrogate, York and Bradford and could be working at fairs.
"He is also described as a danger to women. Please RT and call 999 if you know where he is."
