A BRADFORD man has appeared in court for stealing condoms from a city centre pharmacy.
Andrzej Wisniewski, 27, of Sunbridge Road, was fined £80, ordered to pay £85 and a £34 victim surcharge for stealing nine boxes of condoms, worth a total of £59.91, from Rimmingtons Pharmacy in Bradford on July 29, 2021.
He was also fined £50 for failing to surrender to police/court bail at the appointed time, at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court, on August 20, 2021.
Wisniewski was also re-sentenced for an original offence of stealing two pairs of Gumy True Wireless Headphones and one pair of Go Air True Wireless Headphone, worth £110, from Tesco, on April 21, 2021. He was fined £50 for this offence.
He pled guilty to all charges when he appeared at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on August 31, 2021.
