ONE of our regular T&A contributors, Vincent Finn, has sent us this photo of St Mary’s School football team, taken in 1947.
“Here is a picture of one of the best teams we ever had at St Mary’s,” says Vincent, a former pupil of the Barkerend school.
“They are all named, and in their names are a good selection of families who lived in Otley Road.
“I’m sure a lot of readers will recognise these names and faces.”
