THE Aireborough Charity Beer Festival will return this week after two cancellations due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The festival run by the Aireborough Rotary Club, Guiseley Theatre, and St Peter’s Church in Rawdon will run from Thursday to Saturday, with a range of beers on offer as well as live music.

It is being held at Guiseley Theatre and visitors must book tickets in advance for £10 which includes four drinks tokens, with CAMRA members getting two extra tokens. Extra beer tokens can be bought at £5 for three tokens.

The theme of the event is 'A Trip to the Seaside', with 14 breweries and 26 beers on offer, including local favourites Saltaire and Timothy Taylors as well as Yorkshire Heart, Atom and more from across Yorkshire.

There will also be a gin bar, five ciders and Prosecco, as well as snacks to enjoy with a beer on offer at the festival.

Festivals in June 2020 and 2021 both fell victim to Covid, but organisers are now thrilled to finally get the popular event open again to punters

The Friday night session has already sold out, with limited tickets available for the rest of the festival, so beer lovers are urged to book quick to avoid disappointment.

Thursday's session runs from 7pm to 10.30pm, with Friday sessions from 12pm to 4.30pm and 5.30pm to 10.30pm (sold out), and Saturday's running from 12pm to 4.30pm and 5.30pm to 10.30pm.

Live music will also be on offer, with different acts performing every evening and on Saturday afternoon.
