AN event will be held this weekend to benefit two worthy causes in the Bradford district.
The fun day, which will be held on Sunday at The Hand & Shuttle pub on Tong Street, will raise funds for Homeless Aid Action and Helping Hands Bradford, which both provide assistance and support to some of the city's most vulnerable people.
The event, which will run from 1.30pm until 4.30pm, will include a disco and karaoke, stalls, food, hook-a-duck, a bouncy castle, face painting, a tombola, raffle and more.
A donation from the day will also be given to the children of Matthew Keenan and Kevin Ellis, who both recently passed away.
Helping Hands extended its thanks to Airobounce, Vibes Deli, The 6 Acres Famous Carvery & Dining and Mamma Leeshas Soul Kitchen, while Homeless Aid Action thanked Mel at Five Lane Ends Morrisons, Pam at the Morrisons distribution centre as well as volunteers and businesses for their support.
Both groups can be found on Facebook.
