ARRESTS have been made and police patrols stepped up after a spate of damage to cars. 

Officers are now appealing for information over the incidents, which happened in Keighley

Three Bradford men have been arrested in connection to some of the offences.

"Since August 24 there have been incidents reported to police of criminal damage to cars and a car arson," said West Yorkshire Police.

"The incidents happened at various locations including Braithwaite Avenue, Woodhouse Road, Goldbourne Street and Braithwaite Road in Keighley.

"No-one has been injured as a result of the incidents. Officers have arrested three males from Bradford in connection to some of these offences and enquiries remain ongoing."

Detective Chief Inspector Andy Farrell, of Bradford District Police, said: “We are investigating a number of incidents in the Keighley area over the past week.

“These are believed to be isolated incidents, but we have ensured to deploy additional patrols in the area to ensure that the communities are reassured and feel safe.
