A TV doctor from Bradford says the evidence behind Covid booster vaccines is up for debate.
Dr Amir Khan has discussed whether booster jabs are actually needed, or if countries with lower vaccination rates should be prioritised instead.
Speaking on Good Morning Britain today, Dr Amir said: “We are moving from all over-50s to get Covid booster jabs to those who are clinically extremely vulnerable.
"Debate over whether booster jabs are needed within the scientific community.
“With two jabs you get protection, but we don’t know how long that protection lasts.”
Dr Amir also quoted someone who said: 'Why give those with life jackets a second life jacket when those who are drowning haven't got life jackets already'.
