A BRADFORD woman will have to pay over £500 for breaching a disqualification to keep animals.
Emma Suzanne Raistrick, 38, of Little Horton Lane, had two dogs within her care having been disqualified under section 34 of the Animal Welfare Act 2006 after conviction.
She was sentenced on August 18, 2017 by Bradford Magistrates Court for an offence under section 34 of that act.
Raistrick initially pleaded not guilty for the breach on January 11, 2021.
She was found guilty at Bradford And Keighley Magistrates Court on August 3.
Raistrick was fined £60 and will have to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £425 in court costs.
The £519 balance will be paid back at £20.00 per month, commencing on August 31.
