A HELMETLESS unlicensed uninsured driver of an electric motorcycle has been reported to court by the police.
The teen, 16, was illegally riding the bike through Canterbury in Bradford.
West Yorkshire Police - Bradford East blocked the driver whilst he was momentarily stationary and stopped him before he came to any harm.
The bike was seized and the rider was reported to court (in the presence of his mum).
