A NUMBER of colourful characters will be seen wandering Ivegate tomorrow and Friday.
As part of Summer Unlocked - a series of events in the District, the city centre street will be hosting It’s A Mean Old Scene.
From 4pm to 8pm tomorrow and Friday, characters such as Eleanor Handcart, an escaped fiend on the run from Hell, and Stovepipe Mary, a time displaced music hall act from the 1890’s will appear on the street - thought to be Bradford’s oldest surviving street, having emerged from a “cosmic portal.”
