A MAN, 38, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving after a 26-year-old died in a car crash in Huddersfield.
The incident happened on Blackmoorfoot Road at around 3:41am on Saturday, August 7.
Officers attended and found an injured male who was sadly pronounced dead a short time later.
Officers have today released the identity of the man – Liam Valentine from Huddersfield.
Liam’s family have released a photograph of him.
The 38-year-old man has been released on bail.
Any witnesses to the fatal road traffic collision are asked to call police on 101 quoting log 237 of Saturday 7 August.
