A VEHICLE was seized by police after the driver had no insurance or a license.
West Yorkshire Police's Steerside Enforcement Team sighted and stopped the Vauxhall which displayed cloned plates.
This was before discovering the driver had no insurance or a license.
They were reported and saw their car seized.
