NO new Covid-19 hospital deaths were recorded in the Bradford district today and over the weekend, the latest NHS figures reveal.
Neither Bradford Teaching Hospitals, Bradford District Care or Airedale NHS Foundation Trusts recorded any new deaths between July 31 and today, August 2.
It means the total number of Covid deaths in the district’s hospitals remains at 925 – 655 at Bradford Teaching Hospitals, 268 at Airedale and two at Bradford District Care Trust.
In the past three days there were 64 hospital deaths from Covid. On Saturday, July 31, there were a further 36 patient deaths from Covid-19 in England, on Sunday, August 1, the figure was 21, while today the number was seven.
It means the total number of Covid-19 deaths in the country now stands at 88,455.
