THREE people arrested in connection with the Bradford tyre fire have been released without charge and the investigation has been put on hold for now.

West Yorkshire Police revealed today that three individuals, who had been arrested in relation to the mammoth blaze that erupted at a site off Spring Mill Street on November 16 last year, have been released without charge.

DCI Andy Farrell of Bradford District Police outlined that the investigation had progressed as far as it could for now.

But police are continuing to appeal for information regarding the fire.

DCI Andy Farrell of Bradford District Police, said: “Following significant enquiries by Bradford District CID and partners the investigation has now concluded and three people arrested in connection with this matter have been released without charge.

“While the investigation has progressed as far as it can for the time being, we do continue to appeal for information regarding the case and will examine any new lines of enquiry."
