THE Fire Service had to perform an extrication after a casualty was trapped following a car crash in Bingley.
Appliances from Keighley and Fairweather Green were present at the scene on Keighley Road, Crossflatts.
Two cars were involved in the collision and the person was transported to hospital by ambulance.
A West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: "Two cars involved with one casualty trapped. Extrication carried out by fire service personnel and transported to hospital by ambulance.
"Appliances from Keighley and Fairweather Green attended."
At 3.15pm, a West Yorkshire Police spokesperson added: "We can confirm the incident on the A650 is a damage only RTC, and officers remain on the scene while clear up of the debris takes place."
