A ROAD is still closed more than five hours after a driver hit a telephone phone.
West Yorkshire Police was called to High Bank Lane, in Shipley, at 5.29am this morning to reports of a crash.
A car had collided with a telephone pole, close to Northcliffe Golf Club.
There was just the one vehicle involved in the collision.
The driver suffered a minor cut.
High Bank Lane is currently closed while recovery takes place and the telephone pole is secured.
One side of the police cordon begins at the road's junction with Avondale Road.
