A POLICE sergeant has launched a staunch reminder that people who park their cars on the pavement are liable to get fined after a blind man was obstructed in Baildon.
Sgt T Green was sent the above picture, of a silver Toyota blocking the path for the male with his guide dog, and highlighted that this is one of the reasons why the act is illegal.
The sergeant also insisted Bradford Council and West Yorkshire Police will not be scared to issue tickets to offenders.
